Good learning design is less about what you teach and more about what learners can do afterward. That distinction shapes every project I take on, whether in a classroom, a corporate setting, or now through Tim Hill Learning Design.

My background spans two decades across corporate technical training and education, with ongoing eLearning development through THLD for corporate, nonprofit, and education-adjacent clients. What connects all of it is a commitment to outcomes over activity, and clarity over complexity.​​

I'm available for freelance and contract engagements through THLD, and open to full-time L&D roles.
