Instructional designer and L&D consultant with 30+ years across education, the arts, and corporate and nonprofit organizations. Through Tim Hill Learning Design, I partner with clients to design and develop learning experiences, professional development, and ILT/VILT that drive real-world performance and lasting skill transfer.

My background spans instructional design, learning experience design, performance coaching, and eLearning development — with additional experience in onboarding systems and instructional documentation. I bring a learner-centered approach grounded in adult learning theory and shaped by experience across diverse audiences, environments, and organizational contexts.
